DESIGN ORDER GUIDES
1. After placing your order, e-mail all text information,
logos, and pictures you would like to include in your design to our Design Department at artwork@innovativedesignusa.com. All information received before 5pm EST will be processed and designed that same business day. Anything after our 5pm deadline is not guaranteed to be designed on the same business day. Note: Any pictures or logos to be used must be hi-resolution (300 dpi) and submitted as a TIFF / JPEG file. EPS format logos or pictures – include all fonts with the document and/or outline them properly.
2. After receiving all the information you would like included in your project, you will receive a phone call from one of our designers. They will review your information and get a general feel for your project, as well as establish a point of contact with you in regards to the job in question.
DESIGN ONLY JOBS
MUST BE PAID IN FULL
3. When your project is complete, the designer will send you an
email for you to proof.
CLIENTS ARE ALLOTTED 1 GRAPHIC CHANGE
& TWO TEXT CHANGES. $20 PER CHANGES
AFTER THE 2nd CHANGE
After receiving final approval on your project,
We will send you the Hi Rez PRINT FILES.
